Growing in faith and sharing God's love is what we are all about at First Lutheran, a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
We grow in faith by gathering for worship around word and sacrament, prayer, preaching and music. Children are active participants in worship and a children's message is included every week. We offer faith formation for all ages on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, and there's always time for good conversation over coffee and treats!
And, as followers of Jesus Christ, we practice what we preach and learn on Sundays by sharing God's love through everything we do, everywhere, everyday!
We a partner congregation with Love INC of DeKalb/Sycamore. This organization includes 32 churches in the community, working together to better meet the needs of people who come seeking help

Cross Walk - Wednesday - Faith Formation is a fun time of food, fellowship, and music for the whole family to enjoy together. Join us from 5:30-7:30 on Wednesday evenings for this family event.
